In order to conduct the business activities of DELTA, we process your personal data based on the provisions of the GDPR.*

2. Identification data issued by public authorities (e.g., PESEL, Tax ID/NIP),
3. Data regarding the place of business / residence,
4. Data regarding submitted claims/complaints,
5. Data regarding placed orders,

V. Data recipients

We may share your personal data with entities such as service subcontractors, public administration authorities, courts, social security authorities, law firms, and enforcement authorities.

We do not transfer your data outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.

We store your personal data for periods required by law (for example, accounting documents), for the time necessary to conduct our business activities, for the pursuit of claims, or for other periods required by generally applicable law.

If, in your opinion, there are no grounds for us to process your personal data, you may request that we erase it.

In such a situation, you may indicate a specific circumstance that justifies the cessation of the processing subject to your objection. We will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we demonstrate that our grounds for processing override your rights, or that your data is necessary for us to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

You have the right to receive from us your personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g., via computer).

You may also instruct us to transmit this data directly to another entity.

If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you may lodge a reasoned complaint regarding this matter with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time where such data is processed based on your consent (e.g., for marketing purposes). The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

If you contact us with a written inquiry or complaint regarding the exercise of your rights, we will respond within one month of receiving your request. For this purpose, please specify the method (e-mail, registered mail) by which you wish to be notified of our response to your inquiry or complaint.

If we are unable to provide you with a response within one month, you will be informed accordingly.

IX. Information on the requirement/voluntary nature of providing data

Your data is essential for us to conduct our business activities. It may happen that a refusal to grant access to your personal data will prevent us from entering into a contract with you or otherwise hinder potential cooperation between us.

Should we intend to process your personal data for purposes other than conducting our business activities, you will be informed of this in advance.
