If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you may lodge a reasoned complaint regarding this matter with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time where such data is processed based on your consent (e.g., for marketing purposes). The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If you contact us with a written inquiry or complaint regarding the exercise of your rights, we will respond within one month of receiving your request. For this purpose, please specify the method (e-mail, registered mail) by which you wish to be notified of our response to your inquiry or complaint.
If we are unable to provide you with a response within one month, you will be informed accordingly.
IX. Information on the requirement/voluntary nature of providing data
Your data is essential for us to conduct our business activities. It may happen that a refusal to grant access to your personal data will prevent us from entering into a contract with you or otherwise hinder potential cooperation between us.
Should we intend to process your personal data for purposes other than conducting our business activities, you will be informed of this in advance.
